Spirit box vocalist must see this.😂

I was looking for music to play at a science fiction club picnic in 2024 and discovered this tune. What an amazing voice! One of my favorite selections in this year's picnic mix. Parts of the music sound a bit like the Doctor Who theme, perfect for a Doctor Who club. A great find.

This is how Nightwish established their exceptional status. This combination of melodic metal and classical mezzo-soprano was unusual and new, fascinating and inspiring at that time. Nightwish became uninteresting (at least for me) when Tarja was more and more pressured to sound like any random pop singer. I found Nemo boring and don't care about the records with Anette and Floor. (Nothing against Floor, she's great! But she's wasting her talent with Nightwish. In my opinion, After Forever was better than anything Nightwish did without Tarja.)

Anette is a great singer and the band is great too. I had not seen this concert before. Over the HIlls 30:60 is a very good version from NW in this concert, fits well to Anette's voice.

Anneke became a transformation, a unique ritual of higher powers, a wizard who transformed doom metal. She filled this music with life, strength, magic and beauty.

Este tipo de videos, me hacen recordar los años en los que a penas estaba conociendo a EPICA. Encontrar videos de ellos en vivo en donde sí se entendiera qué canción estaban tocando era una odisea jaja. Las cámaras de bolsillo de aquel entonces no captaban muy buen audio, y celulares ni se diga.

I love after forever this band is so underrated

Such a shame that they are no longer making music. After Forever was one of the best bands ever. I remember listening to them for the first time. I got chills by Floor's voice. She was able to reach her true potential in these songs 🖤
